As an office manager of a medical practice myself, I would never allow the kind of disorganization and lack of professionalism I experienced here. They scheduled me with the wrong provider for the type of appointment I needed -- a careless mistake that wasted my time and delayed my care. To make matters worse, when I scheduled a telehealth visit, the doctor didn't even show up. This is completely unacceptable. Patients deserve reliability, respect, and basic competence, none of which this office demonstrated. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for care
