I have been seeing Dr. Perez for more than 5 years. I have moved with her every time she has moved offices. Even though I believe her staff has always been amazing, This is the best doctor's office I have ever been to. Dr. Perez clearly cares. I feel like most Health CARE providers don't actually care anymore which in my mind should be a requirement. Dr. P always takes the time to listen and never brushes off any concern. I love Dr. P so much that as my children have become adults I have brought them to have her as their primary doctor as well. You will not find a better CARE provider.
If that wasn't enough, her care team and front desk are just as amazing as she is. Polite, courteous and caring.
Not sure what place these other people are complaining about. No way it could be the same office.

The individual care for my mother has been excellent. However, the continual inaccurate statements on the signed progress reports are misleading and may have detrimental consequences to her health. These statements must be corrected immediately! There is no excuse for incorrect and misleading information to remain on anyone's records.

exceptional staff who genuinely care about their clients. They go out of their way to make their clients lives the best they can be, and HAPPY . I look forward to every visit they make. You just need to make sure they don't overdose you with staff visits that are not necessary in their effort to ensure your every need is covered. Your insurance company will not pay for 2 or 3 nurse /Doctor visits every week unless they are specifically treating you for something that requires such close monitoring.
