Sadly we got ignored and my mother is now on palliative care. She saw Swami October 26 on was put on a heart monitor. It is December 6th and we've yet to hear anything from the doctor or office , even after multiple calls. But we did receive the bill that should have been sent to medicare. We are extremely upset that the office ignores people with very important needs. Unbelievably unprofessional. And we are suffering the ultimate consequence.
Dr Swani is an excellent cardiologist. She is caring, kind, compassionate, and professional. Just a good person period.
