Extremely nice and professional group. Appointment and check in was very smooth.

Everybody was very sweet. The top they had me put on came from a heated unit. The technician that took care of me was knowledgeable gentle and just made the experience pleasant if one can say that about a mammogram.

When I became a patient, I was terrified there was a lump. During my biopsy the male nurse held my hand through the entire procedure. The entire team was awesome, even though my anxiety got the best of me. Somehow they were able to make me laugh. I get my annual exams done here, they're sometimes not so friendly but some days neither am I. I don't take it personal, we all have bad days. I'm typically in and out. My last appointment was the reason I still come here, the nurse noticed in my chart that I had an exam in January, this appointment was in December. She was concerned about me, she didn't want me to be held liable for the bill. I called VA and she was right. I appreciate everything that they have done over the past few years.

First experience was good with people in person but nothing else. I was misled as to what my second appointment was for & sincerely believe was pushed into a re-do because of their oversight. What I was told & what actually happened was not the case, even when I got there. It would make a lot of sense as to why I received so many calls after my first appointment even though I told each person I would call them back to schedule & three pretty aggressive letters. This includes the 2nd woman who called me twice (next 2 consecutive days) regardless of explaining to her what I told the first person the day prior as well repeating that I had the number & would get back in touch. Only an error would cause a medical practice to act in such a way, even if they aren't sure it was urgent they still needed to get the patient in quickly for a re-do to cover it. Of course I wasn't going to be told it this way, I would be told in a way of a follow up....that didn't make any sense when not everything I was told happened.

The person who actually did the mammogram great. The rest of this center horrible. Multiple people misinforming on the actual price of the mammogram and then do not disclose an astronomical facility fee almost 4 months after the fact. Wanted me to return in 6 months after my initial diagnostic mammogram but after this insane back and forth with the center unmentioned fees that will NOT be happening. This center should be embarrassed. Crossing my fingers that nothing is wrong but will definitely not go back!
