Not happy at all. Went through several tests and screenings paying out of pocket and co-pay expenses expecting to have a reversal ostomy only to be told to wait 6 months although all test and screenings appeared good. I will seek another opinion and another surgeon.

Went in for a simple gallbladder removal. The surgery did not go well at all. I was in the recovery room until 7:00 pm. Where it usually takes 30 minutes to one hour. I was there for 10 hours. I had severe bruising around my abdomen. Every doctor and nurse said they had never seen bruising like that. He had his PA do the follow up visits. He never spoke to me at all after the surgery. Not good bedside manners.

I only had some test today but the receptionist was very friendly and handled everything very professional The Tec April was fantastic and she explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable. I have seen Dr. Matzinger in the past and I could not have picked a better Dr. He listened and explained everything very thoroughly. Dr. Belk was also a wonderful listener and a pleasure to work with.

Dr. Matzinger was a second opinion referral. After my appt. I was totally convinced his opinion which was much the opposite of the first surgeon was the route to take. Great doctor to talk to at my level. Had my surgery today and I'm home the same day with no problems. I would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Matzinger was wonderful and his entire staff was so kind and compassionate. We traveled from out of state for a procedure and it was the best decision I could have made for the surgery. So grateful for this amazing team!!!
