McLeod Cardiology Associates - Myrtle Beach

Was told by my doctor to go to the ER. Walked in and was greeted happily. Got a room quickly. Nurse was so sweet. I was very nervous and everyone was very nice. The doctor ran test then came back to let me know everything. The RN gave me all my paperwork. The doctor and RN asked if I had any questions or concerns. I will definitely be back if I need to. Excellent job!

Having episodes of afib, multiple er visits and one overnight stay in the hospital. These people don't care about me as a patient at all. Dr. Jackson hasn't responded or had anyone check on me despite supposedly being informed of these things. No one in the office, including the office manager, will take responsibility for the never ending delays for auths for testing. I'm going to be looking for a new cardiologist. I'm done. This could literally kill me and they couldn't care less.

I recently had a procedure with an implant placement and had many questions. Angela H LPN took the time to see me and call the representative for the equipment to ensure I had a complete understanding of the equipment/implant. I did not have an appointment with her and she does work in the device department but this particular implant/equipment was not something she normally deals with. I am so thankful she took the time to help me.

My husband was sent to seacoast hospital and told he needed a catherization. He has seen Dr. Jackson for many years however his associate Dr.christopher Sossou did the procedure. After being told by the nurse and my husband twice not to go through his arm he did it anyhow when he was in there he nicked a vessel in the heart and couldn't successfully unblock the artery. After the procedure my husband had to go to ICU and was basically ignored there now he is having a lot of problems with his arm there is an artery occlusion there and after 6weeks this has still not gotten much better I would advise to stay away from Dr Sossou.

Had an atrial ablation done in little river at sea coast hospital by McLeod cardiology associates most unprofessional hospital and staff at this hospital. There was no call to check in on me after the procedure by the hospital or the mcleod cardiologist to see if I was doing ok absolutely no contact at all. The nurses at the hospital were terrible, after surgery had to keep buzzing for the nurse she did not come in and check on me periodically, the anesthesiologist was complaining about being rushed and took no time to talk. On top of it all I had a very bad allergic reaction to two medications I was sent home with from the McLeod cardiologist dr subnani . When my blood pressure went out of control with this reaction I called the office they told me to come in, well I was billed for that they told me I would have to be checked in 3 more weeks anyway so they took it upon themselves to make that allergic reaction visit my recheck so they could bill me: I was there for a allergic reaction not a check up. then expected me to come back again and get charged again to be looked at a month after the surgery. I do not recommend the hospital or McLeod cardiologist to anyone
