Grand Strand Primary Care Family Medicine - Myrtle Beach

Had a good visit. The 2 guys that came in first were great. Took the time to explain what I needed to know. Dr Christopher Changakerry came in rushed, but then slowed down to explain. Some Dr's dont take the time with their patients. When you have something new goi g on that you know nothing about, someone needs to share. I accomplished that. Also had a scan done in May that I still have no results for in October. Helped me get that figured out Also. Hopefully someone will call and tell me the results of that.

I am a new patient of Grand Strand Primary Care Family Medicine and am thoroughly impressed with the entire staff I've met so far, as well as their facilities. The staff members that helped me with the new patient onboarding were friendly and welcoming. The assistance who reviewed my medical history, medications, and took my vitals was also friendly and took the time to listen to all my questions, noting any issues that I wanted the doctor to address. The doctor who examined me, Dr. Samuel Milam, listened intently to all my concerns, gave me a thorough exam, and provided next step suggestions, including ordering targeted tests to better assess my current health status and concerns. My wife will also be visiting Grand Strand Primary Care Family Medicine for her first visit in November. I'm absolutely confirmed that she and I have selected a "first class" Health Care group that is a perfect fit for us.

Dr. Banks and his staff at grand Strand family medicine were awesome. Dr. Banks was very easy to talk to and had a great bedside manner. His staff was professional and courteous. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, highly recommended.

I'm not one for going to the doctor, but I must say this was a great experience Dr. Kang was amazing, friendly great smile put you at ease, The head doctor was also exceptional very friendly man, I first spoke to the nurse from Baltimore, very thoughtful and friendly. I must say everyone there was great when I have an issue I would definitely go back to them. thank you very much to the whole staff. D. Livingston

Very frustrating medical facility, Each time I go for a medical issue, I get a different resident, who does not know my medical history and then I spend 1/2 my time explaining it to them. They then order blood tests, and when the abnormal results come up, they do not respond to inquires about possible resolutions. 3-4 weeks after I have seen the results, and no action taken by my physician is unacceptable. Too many interns, not enough counselors to support them? Very disappointing. And these reviews given are very deceptive Inspite their - "thank you for this feedback and please know this is not acceptable by our standards. I have shared this feedback with our administration, so we can work to improve. I apologize that we fell short of your expectations". Actually, do something about it"!
