My wife and I have been seeing Dr Khalil for the past 7 years. Listens to us, never acts rushed and does her best to see our concerns are addressed. We can contact the nurse thru the portal and quickly get an answer, appointment or referral if necessary.

Dr. Dhir is a very compassionate physician. She really cares about her patients. Is very knowledgeable and gives very important information concerning your health. I'm grateful my son was referred to her.

I had a lab today that was specialized and lots of prep and needed to lay down 20 minutes before my blood draw. I was asked to pay a bill that had not even been billed out yet. I told them I did not bring my purse cause I did not want to have it because I was not sure where I would be laying down 20 min before the test. Plus I was there yesterday for another test which no one asked me to pay the 38.00. The office manager held me up over 38.00 and talked to me and treated me like I was dirt. I have went there for 9 years and have always paid my bills as soon as I received them in the mail. Then she started acting like I was going to hit her or something. I tried after my lab to explain the 38.00 I had not even received a bill and did not bring my purse with me and that I would pay it as soon as I received a bill for it. Why did no one ask me about it yesterday when I was there? I have never been treated so disrespectful from a doctors office in my life nor would I hit someone. She was loud and rude and acted low life letting everyone hear how she was so nasty. All I wanted to do was get my test done because I had to take a pill last night and be relaxed and no stress for prep. She was still yelling when I tried to speak to her after the test too. No cooth at all and should be fired. The office manager was a very mean uncaring individual that did not care it was a time sensitive test. Especially when I have been going there 9 years and have always paid my bills on time. I was so upset I was in tears by the time I left there and also made my blood pressure go way up which was something that was suppose to be avoided. If it were not for the great woman in the lab I could not have relaxed like I was suppose to do after the office manager treated me like scum!

Zero stars would have been more appropriate. Very bad experience, very bad doctor, very bad management. In June I went to get my lower belly checked after few weeks of pain... First thing doctor Ward makes a wrong referral for an ultrasound ( she requested an upper one ) I paid $300 for that wrong exam. Unbelievable that she doesn't know the terminology!!! She also tells me that my thyroid is messed up but she will see me again in 3 months! with no treatment neither for my belly pain or my thyroid. Not sure what she was expecting to see!! I called many, many times the office. I spoke with the manager, after months the big boss calls me once, I was at work and I missed that phone call... I called back, I left a message and since then nobody has ever reached out to me. I asked to get my $300 back after a useless exam. Very unprofessional and non serious staff at all!!! Stay away from that place and mostly from that doctor!!!
