CareNow Urgent Care - 26th Avenue North

CareNow Urgent Care is the best. I was diagnosed treated and sent on my way in like less than 40 minutes. Mark the nurse or tech, took my vitals, and administered a flu/covid_19 test. He was courteous and respectful. The NP Marilynda was warm, friendly, and very competent. She gave me the results of my tests, ordered prescriptions, and recommended over the counter treatments. I can't wait to feel sick again so I can go back there.

Upon entering Care One, I was approached with kindness and professionalism. The healthcare team was very efficient and communicated with me very effectively. I was soon on my way and am feeling better already with prescribed medication.

The staff was friendly and attentive. I felt the process of getting in was a bit long for the small number of patients, but everything else was great. Will definitely visit again if I am in between my primary care appointments.

Doctor Steven is very kind and made me feel very comfortable. The front desk lady and the nurse were both also very nice and helpful! It was a quick trip and they were very patient with me! :)

I would not recommend this clinic based on my recent experience. They did not accept my insurance, which resulted in having to pay out of pocket. I visited twice within a 10-day period for what began as a sinus infection and progressed into a more serious respiratory issue. During my first visit, I was not prescribed the appropriate medication needed for recovery. When I returned for my second visit, the doctor suggested I "hum to myself" instead of providing the medication I requested. Only after further discussion was I given the proper prescription, which has since helped me begin to feel better. Additionally, I did not receive the required discharge paperwork to submit to my insurance provider. I had to call afterward to request it by email, and I have still not received it. Due to these issues, I will not be returning to this clinic.
