Doctor Powell is excellent! He has great interpersonal skills and is able to communicate the complexities of cardiology so I am comfortable understanding. He listens to understand, not simply to reply. Above all, he is passionate about his profession and clearly operates with a servant's heart.

Dr. Powell is wonderfull. We have now retired back home to Mt. Pleasant and needed a new cardiologist. Dr. Powell is kind, great bedside manor, and new our backgrounds thoroughly from past cardiologist we had seen in several states when my husband was working. He does test that need to be done and if not needed, we wait for next visit. Plus, his staff is excellent.

This was my initial consult with Dr. Powell, we discussed the issues of concern for me and he clearly outlined the diagnostic tests he recommended. I feel comfortable with his recommendations. I felt at ease during the appointment. Office staff was also very helpful.

Dr. Powell's care is exceptional. He listens, explains and plans your care into the coming year. He feels like a true partner in your care as opposed to those other doctors who dictate to you from on high, none of whom are in this practice!!! Kudos to you, Dr. Powell

Dr Powell is very detailed and offers suggestions to maintain good health and is willing to offer reversals as needed!
