Dr Pinto was on time. She was to the point, no nonsense. She did not ask any questions about my medical history, did not ask me about ME. She was very direct about my symptoms only. The appointment was very cut and dry. The appointment felt very rushed. Would I refer family or friends to Dr Pinto? Probably not. I worked for physicians for over 30 yrs, she definitely needs a better bed side manner. Does she need to cuddle her pts? No but as a new patient to her practice she does need to ask questions and make a patient feel heard.

Seen promptly and the entire staff was professional and friendly. Dr. Pinto was delightful to talk with and discuss my diagnosis and treatment options for my atrial fibrillation. I am wearing my heart monitor and will return in 5 weeks. Only issue was the delay in my appointment date which was over 4 weeks from the date I called the office.

Dr Pinto was knowledgeable and asked detailed questions about my situation. She was kind and understanding.

Dr. Pinto epitomizes what a physician should be: skilled, empathetic and professional. I am quite fortunate to be under her care. She is also quite responsive, which can be quite rare. I've had nothing but excellent experiences with Dr. Pinto.

Dr. Pinto is great. She is very knowledgeable and attentive. I'm so glad to have found her. I feel comfortable and completely at ease with her care.
