I had two appointments in the same office back to back. At the check in counter the receptionist didn't bother to see both appointments. I had to wait an extra hour and a half. She totally screwed up the appointments, and seemed like she didn't care. Very disappointing.
Office is in a transition status due to a change in location, but everything went smoothly and the staff was friendly and efficent.
