Dr. Balasubramanyam Krishniah, MD

Doctor is knowledgeable and kind. But the staff, especially the one who handles insurance is very disrespectful and discourteous. Asking a question about how the claim was processed and what was submitted to the Insurance company ended up in a very ill mannered discussion and was advised to look for another doctor. Adding to that we received a letter saying patient Doctor relationship has ended. Prescription was not refilled after several requests from the pharmacy.

He is my primary physician since last 4 years. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. .He is always available when you need him. His diagnosis has always been correct. I never have to wait long to see him. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good physician.

Actually should be worst rating ever! I had an IVC filter that had been clogged for 2yrs. Not till I ended up in the emergency room did I find out. I had even asked the Dr. if this could happen, his reply, no you are on blood thinners. He sounded so sure of his knowledge of this. They try to handle everything in their office so referrals are hardly given. I had a Pap test and his assistant tells me she looked at the culture in a microscope and saw nothing! I was I shock! I asked her if it was going to a lab for further testing. She became confused on how to answer. She told me to get a lubricant because I was extremely irritated in the area, when I told her I didn't feel irritation she laughed and said you are. Finally I told them I wanted a referral to a GYN (after no results from her "treatment "). Thank goodness St. Frances was able to determine cause and treat me. I sent Dr Krishna's an email asking why he did not know about the IVC filter, no response. He put my life in danger and wouldn't even acknowledge it. His staff doesn't last long!!

Awesome doctor who listens well and always provides the best care. Our family has been seeing him for over 10 years and always feel taken care. Staff is also amazing. One of the reason we are in Greenville is because we have such amazing doctor.

My expectations at Palmetto Internal Medicine has always been met with superior customer service from the staff and Dr. Krishniah. I've been a patient for over ten years and I highly recommend him to all of my family and friends if they are looking for a Doctor thats honest and cares. Dr. K is by far the best physician I've had thus far!!!!
