Dr. Willet is great very friendly, personable, and professional. However, I had the worst experience over the phone specifically with Rebecca. The lack of professionalism and rudeness from that lady was absolutely shocking. My one star rating was simply based off of her alone. She is a terrible representation for any business especially one that is customer facing and involving healthcare. My in person experience with the staff was great!

This office bends over backwards for their patients. A bad review was given from a patient who came in to their office cursing & ranting on their phone. Children were in the waiting room. I immediately reported her & the staff responded. It is terrible that patients can be so mean. This office is amazing. Smartest AND kindest heath care staff & providers anywhere. Best group of people.

Dr willets office is the family a siblings I wished for they listen they understand and they are prompt and we always share nail color ideas lol thank yall for everything yall do a for going above and beyond! If I could give you 10 stars I would

Edit to say: I lost 50 lbs with their help!! They are very professional and caring. So happy to have been referred to them. Dr. Carlin is amazing. She's very sweet and actually listens to what you have to say and makes sure you understand what she's telling you. Would rate 10 stars if possible.
