Absolutely LOVE this office and all the ladies that work here. The check in ladies, the check out ladies. I seen Dr.Jamie Shorter and she is just phenomenal. I cannot say enough good things about her. She heard me out & made me feel very heard. Very thorough, not just in and out. 10/10 office.
This place is FANTASTIC!!! Michelle at the front desk is exceptional -- very eager to answer questions and address concerns. Russell, Dominick and Dana did my nuclear stress test and they were extremely gracious, professional and reassuring. I won't trust my heart with another place.
McLeod Cardiology is among the BEST of doctors! Their office has always made me feel at ease when discussing my health concerns. My provider is very professional, knowledgeable and spends as much time as needed to explain course of action and options. The doctors and staff are all excellent to work with. I highly recommend McLeod Cardiology.
Had a Nuclear Stress test and what a great staff!!! Everyone and everything was perfect!! Very friendly and organized!! All people at McLeod that I have dealt with are very friendly and competent-- definitely 5 stars
I had an appointment that I missed.. But that's not the issue. First, no call to remind of the appointment, second the morning of the appointment day, the called another Dr of mine, outside of mcleod and was very rude. Tried to bully them into sending my records over with any signature. Now mind you, this would have been a new patient appointment. They send over a blank release and were so rude and demanded that the paperwork be sent over... Well, it would have been a hipaa violation if they did... I did not fill out any type of paperwork at all... Third, they called my outside Dr again, which I do not know how they even got that information, because like I previously stated, I did NOT fill out any paperwork. This type when they called, they stated that my outside Dr didn't have a choice and needed to send my records. Well, that goodness, my outside Dr knew better.. they let me know what happened.. Your office needs to be retrained and learn not to try a bully another office.
