I have seen Dr Monique Sandhu twice during the five years i have been her patient since I moved to the area. On recent visit I saw her PA and was moved to a once per year visits that was Ok if they would respond to my messages or requests. However the PA has not answered my calls for a refill to my heart medication. If you expect service and/or response, I wouldn't recommend this practice or Dr Sandhu.

Whoever worked the desk the morning of 7/21, terrible at their job. Called to reschedule some appointments. Said my file didn't exist for like ten minutes turns out she got my name wrong. Then told me I couldn't schedual those tests until I got a price from billing. Gave me the number for billing. 30ish minutes later I get connected to billing. Tell them the situation. They say they can't give me the price of the tests until I get them scheduled. I told them the woman that sent me said I couldn't get them scheduled until I got the price of the tests. Billing sends me to scheduling. Schedualing says I have to call that location (original number I called) to schedual the tests. Either the first girl doesn't know how to do her job, or 2-3 other departments don't, and im inclined to believe the first.

Amber in the office faxed over paperwork to schedule a test prior to getting the proper authorization and although she had well over a week to get this authorization, she neglected to do that. I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early as I was instructed only then be told Amber was supposed to have called me the day before because she still had not gotten the authorization. The receptionist at the facility that I was to receive the test was incredibly kind and tried to go out of her way so that I could get my test that morning. I waited another 45 minutes only to be met with more rudeness from Amber, (the receptionist at the facility called her to see if perhaps she had gotten it and the fax didn't come through)Amber then stated she had called and told me, that is not true (why would I have went if she done that?). Her negligence in doing her job resulted in much more than the loss of my time. Please know this review has nothing to do with the doctors or nurses at this location.

I have been waiting for more than 3 weeks for someone to send my surgery clearance forms to my surgeon for a total knee replacement. I have contacted the office numerous times as the surgeon's office has as well. I keep getting told it is going to be sent. The last time I called it was supposed to be sent right away. Nope.

Trident cardiology is one of the most pathetic and incompetent operations I have ever come across. The team is not just incompetent, they are heartless. My referral was lost for weeks and retrieval resulted into series of phone calls, endless hold on the phone and useless back and forth. Reception is so unfriendly and cold, they do not know the basics of customers orientation.
They failed to seek insurance authorization until the last day. They clearly sat on the process for 45 days until I reminded them because the hospital said the test appointment could cancel without it. As I called them, Trident staff assured that the authorization will be sent to the hospital. I went to hospital at 8 am today and they said appointment is cancelled because they have not received the authorization. Needless to point that it was a serious scan and had direct health implications and I had already been waiting for long. So as I called trident staff, they said we don't know what's going on. They failed to say why the authorisation didn't reach the hospital. I said now set another appointment, and they refused to do it saying that their process has changed and I will have to set it up with hospital on my own.
I am so very disappointed with Trident staff and their highly unprofessional attitude. They should know that when they drop the ball just because someone didn't complete an administrative process or fails to fax an authorization off, it could result into cancellations and delays can have health implications -- most patients have heart conditions. Trident needs to enquire such lapses and initiate actions to prevent recurrence.
