Starting from when I checked in I was welcomed with such kindness and professionalism. The staff made sure that everything was correct for charting and then I was onto x-ray where I met two of the coolest ladies ever. Professional doesn't begin to describe them. They knew their job they got it done and they never stopped smiling. Then onto the exam room where another nurse explained what was going to take place and then stopped to show interest in what I had to say to make me feel like I was not just another patient. Upon finishing with the doctor I had the opportunity to meet the manager who was also very professional. I explained how great his staff was and also stated that I thought he should be buying them ice cream.

Our first visit and most impressed with all the staff from check in to Courtney PA-C and Dr Mulieri. The welcoming staff more than make up for their sparsely furnished and bare facilities

Dr Johnson , Tom Thomas PA and their entire staff are caring, compassionate and true professionals! I have had one knee replacement ten years ago and have never had a problem ! In February I will have the other knee replaced ! I have recommended at least 5 friends and all have had the same positive results . The entire staff is truly " five stars " !

I needed records from HH ortho. I showed up on a Friday after 4th of July and the only one in the office was Penny. Rather than be annoyed, she was so helpful. She made sure I filled out the forms properly and had some good suggestions. I went back on Monday and the disc was already done. Unfortunately, there's a third party that does the written reports and sad to say I am not going to have those in time to go to my second opinion. But that had nothing to do with Penny. She did everything she could to make them aware of the fact that I would need them by today. Bottom line. Kudos to Penny for going above and beyond.

I had a hip replacement in May 2022 and a knee replacement in August 2022, by Dr Jason Norcross. I had exceptional results, even being a high risk patient. Dalan, Dr Norcross's PA is also a gem. He's kind, thorough, patient. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and trusting from the minute my first appointment began.
