I was told my tests came back great. My heart, valves, arteries looked healthy. I had an incident, called the doctor's office. Then was contacted by a hospital to have an MRI done. (This was a month later)The doctor was NOT thorough and hurried me out the door. He was in a big hurry to tell me everything was great with no need for a follow up visit. I was lead to believe that everything looked perfect until I had a fall. The doctor was not competent.. He did not read my test results properly. I would never recommend him. I'm only giving two stars because their staff is excellent. Nurse Shannon was very professional, responded quickly and was kind.

I have sent messages to Erin twice since I saw her in the office on July 8th and she has not responded. I inquired about the drug Repatha and she said she would find out the cost using my insurance. She set up the blood work to be done at Labcore but I still do not have the medicine or a reason that she has not responded through the patient portal.

Super nice staff so they get a star. But my echo report had so many mistakes on it. It is was like they copy pasted from another persons's echo and forgot to delete old data. On the same line they listed an area of the heart as abnormal and then normal. We asked for clarification and have not heard back weeks later!

Over the weekend I was having unusual sensations in my heart and was nervous about what they could be. Disconcerting but not serious enough to visit ER. I stopped in at HHH early Monday morning and explained my situation and told they would perform a EKG which they did within 15 mins of my arrival. The results were reviewed by my Dr. and all was well. Great relief and thank you Hilton Head Heart for caring for me in my time of need.

I was very pleased with the staff who worked with me, very knowledgeable, relational and efficient .
