Will Halligan, MD, FACC, is originally from Spartanburg, South Carolina. He graduated from Wofford College, also in Spartanburg, and attended the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston for medical school. He completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville and returned to MUSC for his cardiology fellowship training. Dr. Halligan is board certified in internal medicine and cardiology. He is a non-invasive cardiologist and sees patients with a wide variety of cardiovascular diseases. Dr. Halligan came into the visit well prepared. He knew my test results and previous medical history. He took time with me and did not appear to be rushed to end the appointment. His explanations were use to understand. I have full confidence in him as my cardiologist.
Dr. Halligan was very nice and friendly. He asked many questions to get an understanding of what my symptoms were and listened carefully while taking notes. He gave his honest opinion of what he thought was going on. He told me to be sure to call if anything changes. It was easy to get an appointment and I was called back on time. I only waited about 5 minutes for him to enter the room after the nurse left. Thankfully I didn't need any tests or procedures so I can't speak to that but I feel like that would have gone well. Overall it was a good experience.
My first visit with Dr. Halligan went very well. He carefully reviewed my medical history, listened to my questions and concerns. He was knowledgeable and professional. He took his time with me and I never felt rushed. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Halligan and the Greer office.

Had a first visit with Dr. Halligan recently and can't speak more highly of him and his team. He did not seem rushed as many doctors seem to be these days and took the time to ask great questions and listen attentively to my concerns. I would rate him 10 stars if I could!
