From start to finish, here is no way my appointment could have beeb any better. As outlined below, everything was terrific. 1) Based on some test results, i was hoping to get an appointment quickly. The scheduler found an opening on Dr Shah's schedule if I was willing to drive a few extra miles to their Greer office. So, I was sitting down with this amazing doctor in just a few days after calling their office. 2) The e-check in process was very easy to complete, and made it nice as I didn't have to answer all those questions on a clipboard while sitting in the waiting room. 3) when I arrived at the the doctor's office, i was greerted cheerfullly, and assured I was all set due to having used the e-check in process. 4) My nurse Claudia was amazing. I brought a list of questions and some test results from another doctor, and Claudia took her time and took them to Dr Shah to review before he came to the examination room. Claudia showed she took the prep work I'd done seriously, as she complimented me and made sure Dr Shah had ample time to review my notes prior to coming to the exam room. 5) Dr Shah was amazing. My wife accompanied me to the exam room, and he assured her she was free to ask questions. Dr Shah started by responding to the notes and questions I had prepared ahead of time. He took his time and explained every recommendation he made. He has a delightful personality, and he's as much a coach as he is a practioner. Dr Shah clearly was not there to "sell more tests" as I brought up several he said I really didn't need at this point. He did recommend one additional test that made total sense to me and my wife. Dr Shah was efficient in how he used him time and our time, but at no time did I feel rushed. Again, Dr Shah is as much a coach as he is a practioner. 6) Annette checked me out, and got me scheduled for both the test Dr Shah recommended, and my next appointment with Dr Shah. She gave me options for both the test and my follow- up appointment, you not find a friendlier and more accommodating check-;out desk person than Annette. 7) In this day of AI and bots, and private equity's intrusion into medicine, my entire appointment from the initial scheduling, to check-in, nurse Claudia, Dr Shah, and check-out with Annette, every step of ny appointment was handled in a delightfully personal manner by highly competent and caring people. I appreciate the opportunity to provide this feedback. God bless, Robert Foster

The type of doctor that Dr. Shah is, is the reason why people have lost faith and respect for the medical community. My first impression was that he thought to himself "okay, let's get this over with, I already got my fee out of you." Then, he did not seem to know anything about anything, was completely dismissive, and if I did not insist on testing, and didn't know any better, I would have left that office with no hope of a resolution. Maybe all he did in that Barbados medical school was go to the beach and party, because clearly he knows nothing about cardiology. A massive waste of my time, and another example of why I've had to do my own research into the medical literature and diagnose myself for the past 20+ years.

The appointment was for my husband who is heariung impared. Dr Shah spoke very slowly so my husband could understand him and he brought everything down to our level so that we understood everything he was explaining. Was impressed with his patience and did not feel resuhed at all.
