I had an 8am appointment with Dr. Baldea to follow up on high cholesterol and several new, troubling symptoms I have had since last appointment. I waited almost 2 months for this appointment. I hit heavy traffic and construction near her office and was exactly 11 minutes late when I tried to check in. Her receptionist did not greet me, but said, "I'll see if she will see you". She came back and said, "She won't see you". There was only 1 person in the waiting room. This doctor and her office have poor reviews for a good reason. I do NOT recommend!

I had a appointment yesterday and dr baldia was so rude to me. I'm going to find me a new doctor. If you want to be talk down too and yelled at then go here. I've never been talked to like that how she talked to me and it was a video visit then she told me that she was going to hang up and I can make another appointment and I said I want this appointment now then she laughed at me. I'm going to tell everybody bout dr baldia and how she treated me. I didn't even know that doctors can do that to any of their patients.. I wouldn't recommend anyone going here..

I had this appointment scheduled for the past 3 months and was looking forward to addressing some health concerns. I had confirmed the appointment 2 days prior and was assured that my appointment was still standing. When I walked into the office, I was told that Lidia was not in office and hadn't been for the past 2 months due to "sickness". The receptionist said they tried calling a month prior to reschedule, another lie. When I mentioned that I had confirmed 2 days before, they said that I must have called the wrong office because they would've tried to reschedule me then. I did not appreciate this condescending tone from the receptionist, especially when their staff confirmed date, time, and doctor. Please tell me how the "wrong" office would have this information. This doctor and staff are ridiculous and pathetic. There is a reason why you can't leave a review on the Bon Secours website and why the five-star reviews are fake. If you can help it, find another hospital system.

Dr Baldea has been my doctor for almost two years now since I relocated from San Francisco, CA. Dr. Baldea is caring and patient doctor who listens and understands. She was able to quickly address my multiple requests and I am healthier now because of her and so grateful for her!

My mother saw Dr Baldea after a hospitalization wherein she was prescribed two new prescriptions which were critical to her health. It took weeks to get prescriptions for refills which were not written by her. Another physician in the group wrote them after I made repeated phone calls. My mother changed to a different physician and she notified Dr Baldea. Today we received a notice from Medicare where Dr. Baldea had charged for a wellness visit. I am reporting this to Medicare as fraud.
