I am a former patient of peace medical. The doctors and cardiologists do not care about their patients. They misinformed patients and they don't tell the truth. They charge you before they actually run your insurance through to your health care provider. Therefore you cannot deny the charges once you've been seen in I was scheduled a nuclear stress test and was not informed of the proper attire to wear. Neither was I informed to bring water I was scheduled three different tests in one day and when I left there I was extremely tired and exhausted. One of the test was a nuclear stress test and I was not informed to wear tennis shoes neither was I told I would have to run on a treadmill THE NAME OF THIS OFFICE IS PEACE MEDICAL BUT IF YOU WANT A PIECE OF MIND'" CONCERNING YOUR HEALTH DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ANY OF THESE DOCTORS THESE ARE MEDICARE SCAMS they SCHEDULE TEST THAT ARE NOT NECESSARY AND THE PATIENT IS STUCK WITH THE BILLS I AM STILL PAYING ON A BILL FROM THIS OFFICE FROM ONE YEAR AGO... TO ADD TO THIS REVIEW MICHELLE IN BILLING HAS A VERY BAD ATTITUDE!!! RUN..RUN...RUN.!!!!!

I made multiple appointments for my shoulder which has been hurting extremely bad due to many years of volleyball. Upon calling the office to make appointments at the simpsonville location, i was misdirected because of pure laziness by the people working the front desk. I go to school in Columbia and drove back 3 different times on Fridays to get an ultrasound only to find out that the "technician" wasn't in. Thanks for letting me know ahead of time. It's such an easy thing to check the schedule of the technician and literally the point of the job of being a receptionist. Today I called multiple times to cancel my latest appointment because it was once again put on a Friday and I won't be driving back to pull into the parking lot for a fourth time and receive a last minute phone call 5 minutes before my set appointment time telling me it has been cancelled. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

APPOINTMENTS DO NOT MATTER, just be ready to wait. Other day I had an appointment at 11am didn't get called back until 12:20pm (this appointment was only a follow up) definitely shouldn't of had me wait that long. The nurses have always been nice though

After multiple visits to Dr. Saxena with complaints of shortness of breath, increased coughing and a known SIGNIFICANT history of Coronary Artery Disease, this "Cardiologist" continued to dismiss my father-in-law's complaints. Two weeks after my father-in-law's last visit to Dr. Saxena, he was emergently admitted to St. Francis Hospital (downtown) in Greenville with end-stage heart failure. His attending physicians immediately changed the previous medications Dr. Saxena placed him on and began life-saving measures to reverse the YEARS of cardiac damage ignored by Dr. Saxena. My father-in-law now wears a "life vest" and is seen by a competent Cardiologist. Please do not go to Dr. Saxena. He is incompetent.

Excellent health care very expensive though. You get what you pay for. Several convenient locations.
