one of the worst offices i've ever seen ran, charges patients for no reason. Tell them a physical is free then you go back and they say "you have a balance" It takes them forever to get back to you, the indian lady at the front is very rude and rolls her eyes. the spanish lady has calls on hold and will refuse to pick them up. The owner will charge you for anything so he can to make money. I would not recommend going unless you want them to provide you with pain medication because thats what they believe in to get money

Staff is not willing to assist you. They act like they can't talk. Front desk is just there. They were not willing to offer assistance when dr told me to hand deliver medical records then I asked for email address and the said they don't have one for the public you can only fax it. I told lady doctor just said hand bring it in to him. Doctor himself did not want to listen to any on the issues I was describing stating I have a lot of issues. Duh, that's why I'm here. Stay away.

I really do like the np that i see the biggest problem i have is having to wait on results there is only 1 actual doctor that i know of and he is the onky one allowed to read test results which really delays getting them to you. I went in for xrays of my thumb whic is either dislocated, broken.bruised or whatever been a week still do not have results dislocated or broken it is now going to have to be repaired in some cases test need to be read promptly i will continue to gi there because i do like my np but any serious issues i will go elsewhere they really need a doctor at each location at all times

I had a horrible experience with this office where they have unethical business practices and horrible customer service so I left a poor review explaining the negligence and disregard for my health. I scheduled an appointment with their other office (because all other doctors in network are booked out for months) and after rescheduling me, they had the nerve to threaten me when I get there to remove my previous review. Without any explanation, they said they said the Head Doctor Bethi refuses to treat me unless I remove the review. Not only is this unethical, I'm pretty sure it's illegal.

Back with yet another review.....my inital review detailed the customer service and how awful my experience is at this place but good for same day appointments. And today, all still stands true. I made a same day appointment for a refill, arrived, signed in to my appointment, and waited. Only to be told I had to remove my initial review before being seen. I can't imagine if that is even an ideal business practice? I wasn't asked about my experience nor for further information....i was just DENIED MEDICAL CARE BECAUSE I LEFT A REVIEW ON GOOGLE.
