Dr. McDonald has been my internist since I moved to Greenville 8 years ago. He and his nurse, Jenny, are so responsive whenever I call or need something. I've needed several specialists and Dr. McDonald is always up with what's going on with them. I'm very pleased with my care at IMA.
This is a new practice for me after 20 years with the same doctor. While I like the concept of IMA, so far my experience is of being a number and not a part of my care team.
