McLeod Pediatric Cardiology

My son had an abnormal EKG with a heart rate of 47 and was referred out to this office. I called this office and asked for a stat appointment, where they told me the dr had looked at my son's EKG and it was "normal" and they don't have an opening until January. Meanwhile my son has symptomatic bradycardia! So I brought him to another cardiologist who got him in the next day and immediately said this is not "normal" and put a cardiac monitor on him for the next 30 days because he will most likely need a pacemaker! This office should be ashamed of themselves!

They have the rudest person name Temple calling patients and my son is NOT a patient as of yet only has a referral there and long story short I am a mom of 2 disabled kiddos and my husband had a spinal fusion the day after she called me 3 weeks ago and this morning I get a call from her saying do you want your child to see the dr or not ? Really I am the wrong one for that my husband is back in the hospital with staph infection and not doing good at all. So if you don't want your life to revolve around this place I would find someone else. It's sad when I spoke with Dolly the office manager she is NoT much help either. They need more training in customer service

Best pediatric doctor all around! Has been my son's cardiologist for most of his 2 yr life. He's the sweetest, loves his patients with compassion and empathy, and knows his specialty super well! If I could give him 100 stars I would!
