Very friendly to patients who are new on first visit,as well as returning patients. Informative and knowledgeable, A very caring and supportive staff that makes you their first priority and doesn't rush any particular day. I feel very fortunate to have been referred here.

All my vitals showed things were good. I knew something was wrong. I was shaking , extremely weak, heavy deep breathing but was told nothing to see here,.you are fine. Don't trust vitals they can be a lie. I asked to be referred back to my Primary Care. Said he couldn't do that. I asked to be referred to Urgent Care. He said he couldn't do that. The Transport Carrier took things into her own hands and got me inside where they immediately called an ambulance. Lady Doctor at EB was phenomenal she tested, scanned, CT, and ported me as she discovered I was Potassium, Blood, and low fluids. By the end of the day it was discovered the beginnings of an enlarged heart and clot on my lung. I advise to be your own advocate. Look up your symptoms. Believe what your body is telling. Believe in yourself. Believe you can be guided by the God of Heaven. There are doctors that have sixth sense. Not many anymore. Doctors are not God. But God is a Doctor.

The level of care is good. Yes. However, the level of professionalism is a 1 star at best. I'm constantly requesting things, but not getting any type of assistance. The entire process of what's going on is below par in this state and Prisma. You don't get much better at Bon Secour. I completely understand it's a business. But the patient is first and foremost the most important person. I had a life altering experience happen and one would figure they'd take better care of their patients instead of pumping them out like they're processed food or what nots. Bottom line is this, Prisma is not a quality provider for healthcare. Neither of the two are but this is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Dr. Dassanayake is so incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I could tell she truly cares about me. It did not feel like I was there to have a doctor "talk at me." She truly listened to me and was way more thorough than most doctors. Although, I'm happy my friends don't need cardic care, I almost wish they did so I could recommend this office to them! In the last 6 years, I have seen tons of doctors and specialists and Dr. D is in the top 3. I am so grateful doctors like Dr. D exist.

Dr Fernandes is just absolutely amazing! He has made a huge impact on my life greatly. He is one of the only doctors who truly listens to me and is very compassionate and was the first doctor to believe me in my POTS diagnosis especially with me being 21. I am so beyond grateful to have him as my cardiologist! With him being the first person to believe my symptoms of POTS made me have a better outlook that they're are AMAZING doctors out there because before Dr Fernandes I had lost hope in finding good doctors because of how I was treated in the past, but Dr Fernandes restored that hope. He has changed my life completely for the better. I want him to know that he is an absolutely fantastic doctor! I want to thank him for everything he has done for me, and especially believing me when no one else would and giving me endless support and compassion. He is truly one of the best doctors I've ever came in contact too and I can't thank him enough for what he has done to help me. Also there practice is amazing!
