Cardiologist & Electrophysiologist Cardiologist Venkateshwar K. Gottipaty, MD, PhD, FACC, FHRSDr. Gottipaty earned both his PhD in biophysics and physiology and his MD from Emory University School of Medicine, Atlanta, GA. He served a residency in internal medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas and completed a fellowship in cardiology at Brigham & Women's Hospital, Boston, MA. Dr. Gottipaty performs all types of electrophysiology studies, including diagnostic studies, ablation, trans-septal, catheterization and device implementation. Areas of particular interest include management of ventricular arrhythmias, bi-ventricular pacing and congenital heart failure.
