We recently switched from atrium pediatric cardiology at Levine, which is phenomenal and did my son's corrective surgery for TOF. I hated having to switch because he had been there since he was born. But I'm so happy we met Dr. Rao. He is so kind, approachable and made this transition to the new office so much easier and I trust that my son is in good hands. If it wasn't for him I would have considered driving up to Charlotte every 6 months for his follow ups but after 2 visits now, I feel good with our new cardiology home.

I met Dr. Gray on the worst day of my life. What originally started with a nephrology appointment to evaluate high blood pressure in my 6 year-old, ended with us talking to Dr. Gray about him needing surgery at MUSC for a newly diagnosed congenital heart defect. She was so nice to me and empathetic. She arranged for her staff to take my son out of the room to avoid him being overwhelmed while she explained what they found and the next steps. She drew pictures and explained everything very well. She reassured me that we would get the best care at MUSC as that was where she did her fellowship and she was familiar with the surgeons. We had the surgery and everything went well. We have seen her ever since (almost 3 years now). We couldn't ask for a better provider to see every year. My son loves her! She's so good with him and always makes him feel reassured that he's doing great!

Had our very first appointment here today with our newborn. To be honest we expected the normal routine with the same average staff just like any other office. WOW!!!!! This staff blew us away!! From the very first interaction on the phone to let them know we were here, all the way to walking out the door I can honestly say that we have never been treated so well by an ENTIRE office. Ashley greeted us so kindly and escorted us to the room and started the process. When the resident came in we were so elated to see it was the same one that we had in the hospital a few months prior. What a blessing he is!!! You can tell that he truly loves what he does. We met Dr. Shuler for the first time and we so grateful for his care and compassion. He took the time to go over everything with us and made sure that we understood everything. Dr. Shuler was very positive and encouraging. This experience could not have gone any better. Each person at the office made us feel like we were the only ones there. Whatever leadership is in place in this office has set an amazing tone and is doing a great job. Each of you have impacted our family in such a positive and memorable way. Thanks to all of you for all that you do and keep up the amazing work :).

I received a call from this office by a lady named Yanna. She was extremely rude to me. She called me to schedule an appt and was able to piss me off with her bad attitude and her thick accent made it terribly difficult to understand. She is clearly in the wrong field and not helping the office with stars.....

If I could leave a review with 0 stars, I would. The billing department is highly incompetent and would probably do well with an audit. It took 2 months and my insurance company calling them for them to realize that they entered my insurance information incorrectly. (Mind you, they take a photo copy of it.) This is after they told me my insurance wouldn't cover the pre-authorized echo we had done. All of this and they never billed me before they sent my account to collections. Please, do better. Your patients deserve that.
