Novant Health Urgent Care - Seven Oaks (Formerly Doctors Care)

I went to doctors care due to a dog bite. The entire staff was expedient, courteous, and professional. I thought the doctors bedside manner was excellent. I actually almost took a nap while he was putting in my stitches. They are nurse attendant was tremendously, helpful, kind, considerate, and professional. All in all it was a wonderful experience and I would recommend it to anyone.

This is the best Novant Urgent Care, with the best reviews and they are closing? This makes no sense to me. I feel that Ridge View and the Two Notch Road location does not provide that caring feeling. It can also be an all day process, even if there are not many people. Those locations also lack staff diversity.

My experience at this practice was great. I feel respected, heard, and well cared for. Everyone here does their work very professionally. No delays or long waiting time. The place is clean and well maintained.

In response to an urgent situation, we opted to visit the facility rather than seeking immediate medical attention at the emergency room, where we could potentially wait over six hours or more before being admitted and examined. Our visit to the facility was remarkably efficient, with us seeing Dr. Swami within less than two hours. We are highly satisfied with our experience and intend to utilize this facility for future medical needs.

I called about travel vaccines and the person on the phone told me they didn't do them. Huh? Its literally on your website! So I waited a few days and called again and lo and behold they have exactly what I needed. I will update my rating when I visit the clinic but its best if you dont know the answer to take a person's info, find out and call back than to flat out say no we don't do that.
