Ms Katrina Bidwell is a very childish inconsiderate person to be a heart doctor she makes people feel way worse than they already feel ..Then have nerve stare at my wife as if I wasn't looking at her staring at her and making faces as if she was ignored by the symptoms that wife was trying tell her..Worst doctor ever told my wife never going back to her and cancel all appointments find a new heart doctor that doesn't act bias towards people as if she's not getting paid for the visit my wife insurance pays for it ..Wasn't free..Very rude and nasty mean lady she has a real bad spirit with her...I wouldn't go to her if I was dying and needed a heart surgery she was last person on earth I rather DIE!!!....That's how bad it is to have that lady as a heart doctor!!!!!!

I just underwent an ablation procedure for aortic flutter and I'm already feeling better. I'm a post-Covid patient with heart issues. I originally cancelled my cardiac tests with MUSC Cola because I didn't think it would be necessary, but a personal friend who is an ICU nurse in the area talked me into it so I rescheduled and I'm certain that it was the correct decision that will probably save my life. Dr. Chris Huffman (recommended by my ICU friend and by my NP) immediately identified my accelerated heart rate and immediately scheduled me with Dr. Francis Ugoway for a procedure. Ugoway, a grad of Drexel, the private medical research university in Philly PA, was very supportive from the beginning and discussed my condition and the procedure in detail so I knew that I was in good hands. He contacted me repeatedly before the procedure and the hour before, making sure that I had taken my meds and that I was ready to do it, and that helped a lot. My heart rate was 80% higher than it should have been and I owe my life to these guys, and my nurse friend who pushed me to do it.

My appointment was 3:30 p.m. with my arrival at 3:15p.m.. I was here just after 3:00p.m. It is now just shy 1 1/2 hours past my scheduled appointment. I have not been seen and no one can even give me an estimated time when I will be seen.

Receptionist unfriendly and refused to answer basic questions regarding insurance acceptance. Also demanded I answer personal questions about my wife. Visit started with a bad vibe

I've stayed at providence Heart Hospital 3 times I've been there . Dr Huffman was and still is my Cardiologist he's got such a warm personality . Has the ability to make you feel like everything is gonna be fine . And he's right I'm a lot better now . I've had nothing but good care from the staff to caretakers and assistant. Give there food a 5 out of 10 but of course I was on a special diet .
