I was referred to Dr. Ross by my cardiologist for a consultation, and from the moment I arrived, he and his entire staff made the experience much more pleasant than I expected. Dr. Ross is clearly highly skilled, but what stood out even more was how he explained everything in simple, understandable terms. He took the time to go over my test results thoroughly and patiently answered all of my (many!) questions. He's easy to talk to, calm, and genuinely compassionate. He even entertained my sense of humor -- and added to it -- which helped ease a lot of my anxiety. I left feeling informed, reassured, and confident I'm in the best hands. I highly recommend Dr. Ross to anyone needing a heart specialist. His professionalism and kindness are unmatched.

It has been a month since my open heart surgery - replacing both my mitral and aortic valve. Dr Ross and team are incredible. I appreciate all the care provided in the hospital even after a complication forced an additional pacemaker surgery. Dr. Ross is an excellent surgeon. He did my open heart surgery eleven years ago, in which I had several valves replaced. He has a pleasant bedside manner, in which he listens attentively to all your concerns and answers them completely. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of cardiac surgery!
