New patient called with a prescription question, but I guess not important enough on.a Friday afternoon to call back.I did not work in medical field where peoples lives were at risk but I never left until my phone calls were returned.I would think this would be especially important with new Heart patients.So many just do not seem to care anymore and it's really sad and seems to be the norm.
