Office staff was very friendly and helpful & Dr. McLaurin was good . However, I had all these tests done, and am supposed to find out if I can have surgery Thursday, & I haven't heard a thing. Also this Dr. Takes 2 days off without looking at the results of my tests! They're saying I'll hear something Wednesday morning! This is very stressful! Communication with your patient is extremely important!
We have been very disappointed with Anderson Heart PC. We have taken my father in for appointments to find out they rescheduled them and notified us. They didn't order wraps for my fathers legs and never called to let us know not to show up for appointment. They stated our phones did not accept incoming calls yet two hours later called my fathers number two hours later to reschedule his heart cath. I tried to leave messages for the nurse and the voicemail would hang up on me. Called back and was told I had to leave a message! Get new office staff or managers! Too bad they have a monopoly in Anderson....taking my dad to Providence!
Wonderful, caring physician. Was able to help me understand just what was going on with me health wise. The staff was courteous and very helpful also.
