The staff has no idea what they are doing if you call. They called me wanting to change my appt and left a voice mail. I called back, left message, no return called. I called the next day shortly after they opened. I got transferred 4 times and placed on hold. They left me on hold. I hung up and called back once more. They did not answer when they saw my number on their machine. I went to MyChart and cancelled my appointment. I will talk to my family doctor so he can direct the problem to the right people in the AnMed system.
