Had a horrific toothache night before last. Young man tried to talk me out of going, said they wouldn't do anything for me and send me right back home with Tylenol. Sound familiar anyone??? I think this person would benefit from another training session. IDK Don't fuss, just train them on how you want them to treat patients. Then zero tolerance. Seriously. Nice young man, but zero bedside manner. He seemed miserable. I am praying for this service. Anderson deserves better.

Front of house for check in, great team. Took less than 30 minutes to check in with an eye injury. Back of house, horrible. I spent 3 hours in a room listening to Doctors tell jokes and gossip, nurses talk about what they were going to DoorDash. No one came to my room to assist, check on my pain, or anything. So I stood outside my door waiting for someone to say anything. For another 45 minutes, I stood there and watched nurses play on their phones, and the same "joke-telling" Dr. walked around chatting with various staff, laughing, and having a great time. The back end of emergency care leans into that urgency area of medical care. This place has zero. I would rather risk personal loss and drive the 3 hours to a real hospital than go back there. If they try to charge me a dime for sitting in a room for almost 4 hours and walking out with only my blood pressure taken, they can kick rocks...

Hands down the worst experience of all time. I was in the ER for 3 hours before I saw a doctor. They drew blood at least 4 times. The first was "lost due to the blood clotting". I waited another 3 hours, so a total of 6. I had had enough of waiting. I told them I was leaving. The "doctor" left a message in "my Chart" saying I "eloped before my reevaluation and reporting of results". I can tell you for sure, I did NOT sneak away! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

Inexperienced nursing students shouldn't be allowed to start IVs. Or at least they should inform the patient that they are students & inexperienced. My adult son thought the nursing student was a doctor . She didn't know how to find a vein but still inserted the needle & kept moving the needle around inside assuming it was a vein. Then the actual nurse had to do a 2nd stick. It must have been field trip day for the new student nurses. Definitely shouldn't be allowed to practice needle insertion on patients that are already sick or in pain. Or at least inform the patient first. So the patient can request an actual nurse. .

I wouldn't give any stars if I could. The wait in the waiting room was short and some of the staff was friendly. However I waited 4 HOURS in the room.. 2 hours to even get an ultrasound that I requested and another 2 to even get the update. They weren't even busy until 2 ambulances came in on hour 3. And when I did get the update they told me nothing serious was happening and only gave me antibiotics and a shot for a problem that's not even fixed. I may not even pay for their care as I didn't even get the update for the urine sample I gave let alone still have the problem. Not to mention the nurses blew me off when I tried asking questions as I seen they weren't even that busy. I also may turn them in to the board of health or whatever that place is. This is ridiculous. Do better.
