Dr. Krusz is fantastic! She is thorough and respectfully explains medical terms and address any questions. Additionally, her team is available to assist with less serious concerns or provide quick medical answers. If there's test results or it's serious, she calls you personally and promptly.

My experience with Dr. Krusz has been a good one. I find her to be very caring and compassionate. She was my wife's doctor. When my doctor retired she took me on as a patient and we are very pleased. I would highly recommend her.

March 6, 2018,
I'd like to take a moment to thank you Dr. Krusz for cashing the $50 I sent you for sending my records to my new PCP. Actually, I didn't voluntarily send you the money, you threatened to not forward my records if you didn't receive the money. I actually wrote on the check that it was "hostage money". I wrote you a note explaining that I had lost my job because the company I've worked my entire life went out of business. I also wrote you about the disturbing way your employee/ receptionist treats patients with questions about their care. I have to assume that you need the money more than I do. I'm sure it must take quite a while to electronically transfer my records to a new primary care physician. I am however, very happy with my new health care provider. They actually seem to care about my health care and not just the dollars.

After calling to schedule a sick visit (I explained: high temps for 48+ hours, body aches, concerns for Lyme) I was told "The next available sick visit is 5/26 (10 days out). Go to the ER or walk-in clinic if symptoms persist."
I will be on the search for a new PCP.

To sum up my feelings on you as a doctor Stephanie, I would just like to know if you enjoy having my mother's blood on your hands? You make on average over $100,000 a year, am I right? And you deny care to my mother over a $124 bill. Now normally, that's understandable; you aren't there to work for free. My deep, burning anger stems from the fact that you were there for her while you diagnosed her with breast cancer. You went out of your way to be more than compassionate all of these years with her while she struggled through breast cancer, losing her grandmother and mother, getting her gaul bladder out, and your FAKE concern about her anxiety. Today, when my mother went to you and was rudely turned down because of her whopping $124 bill and you must have known you were in the wrong because you didn't even have the respect to go talk to her to her face. You had your elderly nurse walk back and forth and talk to you for my hysterical mother that was literally begging to just talk to you. She even said she wouldn't get a Pap smear (which she needs since my grandmother died of ovarian cancer, which you're already aware of) or blood work (another thing I'm sure you are aware of the importance of, Stephanie.) You couldn't even come out and talk to her face to face or even pull her out of the waiting room so she didn't have to face the embarrassment of begging the nurse to just talk to her I'm front of everyone and trying to explain her history with you Stephanie Krusz. All over a $124 bill. Are you proud of that? Do you do that to your other patients? Do you have more blood on your hands? It seems likely since you couldn't even come talk face to face with my mother. You are pathetic, uncompassionate, greedy, I question your moral standing and your dedication as a doctor to helping people. I hope you are ashamed of yourself. If my mother gets sick again I hope you know I almost fully blame you and would like to remind you once again, her blood WILL be on your hands Stephanie Krusz.
