This walk in is my go to when I need medical aid or my little ones need medical aid. They always are so polite, helpful, and caring. Yesterday I was very unwell and they took amazing care of me and made sure I recieved the help I needed. They reached out to me today to check in on me to see how I was doing. I appreciate them more than they know. 10 out of 10 recommend. Very fast service and short wait time!
I walked in but I was out in 45 mins. The nurse was so nice. The doctor was knowledgeable and did a great job. I definitely recommend going here.
Brought my 5 year old for an xray. Signed in by 11:11am, xrayed by 11:30 and I'm just now leaving at 1:26pm. I wouldn't bother, when you ask for an estimate while in the room waiting for the provider they 1. Will not give you an estimate even though I've been sitting here with my toddler and 5 year old for TWO HOURS, but 2. Tries to excuse their behavior by sharing patients hippa information by stating patients had to be transferred to the emergency room this and that telling me "well let the dr know you're irate" yeah I'd say I'm PRETTY IRATE when it says my child is "with the provider" but he hasn't been seen? Unprofessional, rude, unempathetic. I'd jot this urgent care down as one to not bring children to, I would have been in and out at hasbro
This might be my last time coming here. While I'm glad I was prescribed the right kind of medication, I really did not appreciate being rushed out, being told and heavily insisted that it was just a series of "bug bites" when I was actually having a pretty severe allergic reaction. I was covered in hives head to toe, even around my eyes. Very disappointed in the service I received during this visit.
I understand that there was a high volume of patients the day that I went to this walk in clinic but it took over 3 hours to be seen and an additional 1 hour to discuss my testing results. I have come to this location in the past and have had much more pleasant experiences but waiting over 4 hours at a walk in is unacceptable. The staff were very friendly and the practice is very clean, there just needs to be more on-roll.
