I haven't read, nor do I care to, the other reviews. I was handicapped with a litany of afflictions from a young age, (11 y.o if you're wondering.) His staff is on point, compassionate and genuine. (If I had to think of one thing constructive, it can be hard to reach them at times but I'd hardly call that an awful thing. They're busy. Quality based). That being said, I've been to so many doctors over the 2/3rds of my life. He's knowledgeable, centered, and wants to get to the route of things. Never once have I felt he was just in it for the money. (Do your research, many doctors are paid for things that don't actually heal anyone). He's "in your corner". That's rare. Credit where it's due. I wish id have known about this office sooner

So I needed a referral to a neurologist the neurologist they sent me to Dr Iqbal doesn't show up for the appointment come to find out he's on vacation and never notified me and I showed them how I got the confirmation text and email for the exact day and time and that's all I had and they even said that was weird at the neurologist office so I said well I want a new neurologist referral now I'm not going to deal with that neurologist that's crazy and unprofessional so I did research I found my own neurologist they wanted my doctor my doctor's office to fax over a referral to the new neurologist's secretary so I called Dr Lombardi's office and gave them information on my new doctor the secretary Paula who the referral had to go to and the fax number and phone number and of course they asked me for my name date of birth the whole nine fast forward a week later I don't hear anything from this new neurologist so like anybody else would do I call my doctor's office and they have no notes or no recollection on my phone call to them so that's the first unprofessional thing mind you I've been going to my doctor for years Dr Lombardi I don't know if he has new staff but what I can say is this is pretty unprofessional and a lack of integrity to begin with when you have no notes or you don't do your job and fax over referral to begin with anyhow Tina or Trina whatever her name is is telling me I don't need a referral with my insurance which I'm well aware of it's my insurance however the new neurologist's office requires a doctor to doctor referral and specifically to his secretary Paula which again I gave all this information and if it wasn't to this person then it was to Jillian seeing how there's only two people working in the office they said to me I'm trying to help you and I said to them if you were you would have done it the first time so she goes nope not doing this and hung up the phone that has to be the most unprofessional completely unprofessional and ignorant experience I have ever had at any doctor's office in my 43 years of life of course they don't answer the phone again and there's no way to get ahold of my doctor my primary care physician so these two secretaries are now interfering with a doctor to patient relationship long story short obviously I'll be going to another doctor because nobody in their right mind would want to deal with a doctor's office like this why would I want to tell anybody this is my doctor or my doctor's office unreliable no integrity and unprofessional to the highest level ! It amazes me how any doctor would allow this to even happen in their office I would be reaching out to my patient speaking to them personally and getting this side of the story if I had somebody like this working for me who hangs up on a patient and mind you I wasn't swearing at them or anything they didn't like my tone well that's too bad but one thing for sure is if I had somebody like this working for me and interfered or was unprofessional or had lack of integrity or hung up the phone and didn't answer again or any of the above I would fire them that is a fact. So if I ever speak to my doctor again which is impossible to get a hold of I will be letting him know exactly what occurred here I have since spoken to professionals about the situation and they said it is ridiculous and unprofessional and told me what steps to take moving forward. Good luck Dr Lombardi with your new staff I sure miss Amy and people that actually did their jobs. FYI customers patients people in general can be rude upset her angry any of the above but as long as you are not threatening as long as you're not swearing at me as long as you're not yelling at me I'm not going to hang up the phone an interfere with adopted a-patient relationship at the very least I would have the provider reach out to the patient personally that's just my job and part of the job as I should know Thing is the doctor can be great but the office staff horrible and give the doctor a bad name especially when they don't do anything about it INTEGRITY

With my whole family and myself being a patient of Lombardi's, he himself told the receptionist that they couldn't make an appt for me because I havent been there in a couple years. I don't like going to doctors, and many people feel that way. When you have one of your PATIENTS asking for an appointment and you turn them away, VERY unprofessional. I'll call my other doctor and they will book me in an instant regardless of how long I haven't been there because that's what doctors do. Unprofessional if you ask me.

Amazing Dr. who takes the time to listen and cares about your mental and physical health. I am no longer able to see Dr. Lombardi as I've moved out of state. I miss him dearly.

Dr Lombardi was my mother's primary care Dr for over 20 years. My mother was admitted to Kent hospital for an acute illness which turned into a horror show. Dr Lombardi NEVER returned multiple calls for needed information regarding his patient! After 20 years one would think their Dr would be concerned; this was not the case. Shame on Dr Lombardi; he is a cold heartless being and needs prayers for compassion for his elderly patients.
