I am a patient. And has been with her for over 25 years + Primary Care Physicians are very hard to find !!! Dr. Ibrahim is Exceptional, she is a HardWorking Professional that has your Health in her hands for the Best care. Trust me. I am not only her patient, I have worked in various Health care settings, seeing the other side of different PCP 's . She is patient and kind. I understand waiting can be frustrating sometimes , just remember she is Taking care of someone in need and you don't know how critical that person is. We all need to take a Breath And you/we will get the care we need. I am Grateful and Thankful for everything she has done for my health . And emotionally supportive. Her Staff is Amazing ,kind HardWorking

I've been going to Dr. Ibrahim for over 25 years...she is caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and understanding. I never feel rushed, always feel heard and feel like I'm getting the very best care. The office staff is friendly and attentive, they all make you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend

Do not go this office! I have been a long time patient (almost a decade) and in the last few years the front desk and office staff have declined significantly. Rude does not even begin to describe the way this office treats their patients. They have an untrained staff person writing order who admits to not knowing how to write an order. Both my husband and I left this office after being devoted patients and will never return. Totally unprofessional, understaffed and way below the required standards of patient care. When I asked to speak with the physician about my grievances, I was told she would not speak to me unless I booked an appointment and pay a copay. When I explained I would be writing a negative Google review I about my experience, I was told "we don't care". They don't care about your impressions and experiences in their practice? To be clear, Dr. I is not the issue. She is wonderful but has made poor decisions about her team. I am very sad to leave her but her staff has given me no choice.
