Patient Reviews

This clinic ignores abnormal test results. This ignoring has caused worse health problems for me. Becareful and keep track of your medical records. Pretty shameful for drs who claim to be experts pulling this dismissing ignoring practice. The heart is a very important organ in the body, and this clinic shamefully ignored the problem i have with it, and was shown abnormal on a test result. Disgraceful

I have been a patient at this Cardiology clinic since 2021 when I had a heart attack. This is a teaching facility, and so sometimes I see a Cardiology resident who is supervised by a licensed cardiologist. The best resident that I have worked with in the past 3 years is Dr Suleiman. He is very thorough with his questions, he listened to my concerns, he was able to help me get short-term disability so I could focus on my heart health and go to cardiac rehab for 12 weeks. Under his and the other residents, my heart EF factor has improved from 33% to 55% , and I have lost 19 lb. When I have had to have a chest x-ray or an echocardiogram, the staff has always been welcoming, friendly, nurturing, and helpful. I would highly recommend this cardiology practice, At the 950 Warren Avenue location.

I sent in a prescription for a heart medicine for my wife. A day or two later the pharmacy called to say there was a delay. I waited. I stopped at a pharmacy a day or two later and learned that the prescription was cancelled as there was no response from the doctor. They said to call office. I left a message but haven't heard back. The pharmacy gave me an emergency three day supply. I am upset about this delay. This is a serious health issue.

Patient

The experience I had today during my echocardiogram was by far THE worse I've had since receiving my diagnosis of a congenital heart defect last year. The technician was rude, condescending, he laughed at me, and made me very uncomfortable throughout my procedure. What has happened to simple human kindness? Very disappointed in the treatment I received today.

1st appt I waited over an hour while patients walked in and out after me..they said it was a computer error..2nd appt I was informed that I canceled the appt , which I did not and was told there was nothing available today after I took time out of work..Most unprofessional staff I have ever witnessed
