Terrible experience with Echocardiogram Tech Jessica-Lyn Evers; rude, cold, impatient, unepathetic, dismissive, as I was having stabbing heart pain which caused me to flinch, be out of breath, high heart rate, also extremely painful when pushing prob into areas of my heart. I let her how painful those issues were, she kept responding "that's not painful I'm barely touching you". I told her it's very painful to me, that's why I'm getting this heart test done, and to stop being so dismissive to my pain. She was terrible/rude. I was very coopertive staying as still as I possibly could and breathing the way she told me to because I needed to make sure the entire test got completed including all the probing, and she did confirmed at the end she got everything done to complete the test. (It was important for me to push through the heart pain to complete the entire test because my heart has been so painful, having shooting heart pain, shortness of breath, severe exhaustion, constant tachycardia, and a ER doctor told me with my constant high heart rate along with alot of concerning symptoms and the abnormal ekg's, that I'm at high risk for heart failure.) So I was extremely shocked and upset when I read the Tech Jessica-Lyn Evers rude lies in her notes on my Echo report, "Technical difficulties due to uncooperative patient. TDS- Supine and uncooperative. Patient would not allow me to touch her with probe to perform a proper echo." What a lying jerk. I made sure she did everything and she confirmed to me at the end of the test that she did. So I talked to the office manager Lisa Newman and RN Barbara about this issue but they were both cold, didn't care about any of it, or that I was upset, wouldn't address it or do anything to make any changes. Backed the Tech completely, stating she did nothing wrong. Wow completely backing their co-workers regardless, and very coldly shuting down and completely dismissing a patient with valid concerns/issues.

After my mom had a stroke we were following up with doctors, the cardiovascular institute in East Greenwich is one appointment we were sadly disappointed with. Dr.B.Weisbord refused to see my mother because she was 2 minutes late. I understand it's important to be on time, however flexibility for 2 minutes is not unreasonable. Dr Weisbord clearly does not care for his patients but rather to adhere to his ridiculous rules. In addition the original appointment given to my mom was in March 30 after she had a stroke. We had to call to get something sooner. Healthcare is legit going the tunes and this place and Dr Weisbord take the lead. Very disappointed.

I had a very nice experience here. I came in for a scheduled stress test. The woman who checked me in was very pleasant. In fact she was manning the "check-out" window but she didn't have anyone to check out and she saw that the "check-in" windows were full, so she called me over and in processed me. I thought that was very nice and professional.
I then went to the waiting room but didn't have to stay there long. The woman who performed the test (unfortunately I don't remember her name - I'm bad with names) came in and got me early, before my appointment time. She started out by giving me an overall explanation of what was going to happen, inviting me to ask any questions along the way.
Before starting each step of the process, she explained what she was doing and what was going to happen. Basically, she puts you at ease. There was no surprises and the whole experience was very pleasant. Despite this being a "stress test" I found the entire experience here to be stress-free.
They could use more parking spaces. But aside from that, I couldn't be more pleased. Great job.

Had a good experience, very nice medical staff. Receptionist was very rude though and they had also booked my appointments completely wrong. I would have had to go in multiple times in one day if I hadn't advocated for myself. I went there over the course of multiple days for testing, though, and it improved over time. I'm now requesting paperwork and such for documentation and haven't had any issues so far.

God bless the lady that works here, her name is Maria. Very professional, and humble lady over the phone. I tried booking an appointment for a Patient who needed to be seen sooner, Pt was very happy that she was treated there with kindness and respect from their employees.
That made my day and the Pt's day.
