Everything about Dr. James Cardi and his office is outstanding. The quality of care, the professionalism, the overall treatment that Dr. Cardi and his staff provide two patients is remarkable. I would highly recommend this practice for all of your primary care medical needs.

I've been seen in this office for about 5 years since I moved to RI. I've only seen Dr. Cardi once (he was nice) it was his physician assistant (nice also) or the new nurse practitioner (doesn't follow up) the other times. I am giving a 1 star review because not only is it very hard to get in touch on the phone without being put on hold immediately for like 10 minutes before speaking with anyone but the woman who answers the phone always seem put out & or in a bad mood when when you do speak with her. For my last visit in May the nurse practitioner was supposed to get back to me about a few medical items we discussed, she never followed up. I then called to discuss my bloodwork & get a prescription refill 2 weeks after my visit & they charged my insurance company $110 for a "telemedicine visit". Getting a refill & results of bloodwork is not a telemedicine visit, this is something no other doctor has ever charged for & is normal follow up for a doctor visit. When I called to discuss this the lovely lady who answers the phone got exasperated & gave me the office manager who was nicer but insisted that the call was considered a "telemedicine visit". I'm not paying the copay & I am now finding a new primary care doctor who doesn't charge for normal follow up calls, prescription refills & has a more pleasant front desk employee.

Dr. Cardi is an exceptional Doctor. He has such a pleasant mannerism. Very thorough. Listens to what you have to say. His office staff are so friendly. Dr. Cardi also has a Physician Assistant Dr. Michael Martino who is just as nice and also a wonderful Doctor. I highly recommend them both if your looking for a primary care physician who truly cares about his patients.

The results from my Dysport and fillers have far surpassed my expectations. During my last visit, I had some filler injected, when I looked in the mirror, I felt young again! Dr Cardi is friendly, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. I definitely recommend his aesthetic services.
