Our family is so very thankful to Dr. Michael Lazar for his excellent, precise skills while saving our loved one's life. Our loved one had to have an extremely defective bicuspid valve replaced in a very difficult surgery. Dr. Lazar performed this with ease and saved our loved one's life. We are so very grateful.
I'd also like to thank him for his gentle, down-to-earth mannerism and his endearing sense of humor. Dr. Lazar was able to make us feel so at ease in what would normally be a very stressful situation. Dr. Lazar is not only brilliant and knowledgeable but so humble with a sweet sense of humor. Saw this gentlemen for a consult regarding a possible procedure. His response was he did not believe the procedure was necessary but if I was willing to help fund his kids college education he would do this UNECCESARY surgical proceedure anyways. So not only was he willing to perform an unecessary surgery he was basically soliciting me to defraud my health insurance company by having them pay for an unecessary medical proceedure. Talk about unscrupulous! I don't care how good of a surgeon someone thinks they are the blatant arrogance of this man is disgusting. Big fish in a small pond syndrome and he is likely a cash cow that can get away with this behavior. Let's see how he handles the spotlight.
