Good luck making an appointment with your cardiologist! You have to call every single day to see if they have opened the appointments for the month yet. (Which is the following month). Because they only schedule one month at a time! When they FINALLY opened the schedule, my cardiologist Dr. Nardone had 2, yes 2 appointments available. Perhaps because they have him also going to Lewisburg, I don't know. Dr. Nardone is a fine doctor even if 7 years ago he told my mom to take me home and get me hospice... The University of Philadelphia saved my life... literally. Sadly, they no longer accept my insurance. So I'm stuck with UPMC and their crappy (for a better word) scheduling practices and doctors. Here's hoping they can keep me alive, rudeness and all!
