WellSpan Waynesboro Hospital

Rosanna Pau is the worst hospital physician I've ever met. A family member of mine has had her twice now and she only gets worse, not better. She'll stand in your door way and talk to the floor then leave. She doesn't take any problems seriously. Her bedside manner just isn't good. Her and her nurse decided to talk badly about my family member RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR. Unprofessional and rude! The staff will also make jokes like "Oh look, you get another nonverbal patient". Very rude considering my family member was coming out of a seizure and couldn't speak right afterwards. Had a nurse here before who accused my family of kidnapping my gf just because she was from a different state. The ICU at this hospital is amazing tho! ED...not so much.

I have been to the ER three times for follow up after surgery. The front desk and nursing team were professional and helpful. There is a Physician Assistant that showed me had an issue with my skin color. He had an attitude when he entered the exam room, he asked me why I was back again and I explained I was told to return. He looked in my ears and I jumped due to pain and he replied ok you going to let me look in your ears with an attitude void of any empathy, compassion or professionalism. I asked for someone else he said sure and a physician came and spoke to me. As a person that works in healthcare management I understand the politics and the God complex associated with many "providers."

My Dad has been here nearly 24 hours. Seen one doctor for approximately 5-10 minutes. He has no idea what is wrong.. Nurses just say we'll check and let you know.. They just make sure that bar code on his wrist gets scanned every time someone comes in the room

Horrible. They barely did anything, and charged us almost $3000. This used to be a great hospital, but now I see all they do is price gauge their patients. We had to go to Hershey which did MORE for my child and charged less. Make it make sense.

I was referred to wellspan by the urgent care facility across the street to get a prescription for a very bad case of poison ivy. I was in their office for 5 minutes and got the prescription. The bill was $1,500. About $400 for the doctor and more than $1,100 for hospital services. I paid the doctor's bill as he delivered a service. I asked the hospital what services they delivered for their part of the bill. I didn't receive an answer, just a steady stream of text messages and emails. I have never not paid a bill, but won't pay this one until I get an answer.
