I have been a patient of Wellspan for a very long time and feel that they do not care about my pain. All they say is they can't help me. I was hit by a car as I sat in my friends house, my legs were crushed n spine damaged from traumatic impact and from being buried. I have suffered horribly since 2010. I make appointments but get no help or comfort. They have diagnosed me with CRPS chronic regional pain syndrome which is a horrible condition and still nothing. There answer as far as medications are gabapentin and Flexeril but it does not make me comfortable unless I take it to knock me out and I can't be asleep all the time. It's causing me serious depression. Horrible care provider in my opinion. I don't know what to do.

I have never been treated so bad by a Health facility, as I have been by you. I will not return, because of it. I have had bad communication with the staff there. 1. I was scheduled for a doctor visit on today, I was to be transported there by Rabbit Transit, my ride was canceled not by me. I called them, it was totally erased. 2. I was called by someone there, about my lab resolved, I have had an on going issue with being cold, most of the time. 3. The person I spoke to said that I was given a prescription by the doctor. 4. The person said she would sent it to CVS, they gave me the run around never forfilled the prescription.

Pretty disappointed with the office. I think my parents like their doctor- Dr. Burke, but my experience with the office has been extremely frustrating. We have been trying to get my father's medication refilled for a week, and still haven't, even after repeated calls from the pharmacy, from my wife and from myself. And this final time, the nurse got snippy with me and said, your name isn't in his chart so I can't divulge any information to you. I explained that I wasn't trying to obtain information from his chart, but to simply get them to refill his medication. This shouldn't be an ordeal. K not asking for them to raise the dead. A doctor's office should be able to efficiently renew a prescription before the patient has been out of medicine for several days. Especially with a week's notice!

Your front desk receptionist, Valarie needs an attitude adjustment. I came at noon to have PPD test checked, which I was told no appt. needed. She informs me I do and it has to be exactly 48hrs. So we schedule for 4. I come back again, to my scheduled time and she asks, "did you get my message" I reply no. She informs me I cannot have it checked until 4:29. I tell her I'll just wait then. Her response was, "You can do whatever makes you happy". Do Better Valerie.

Dr. Floyd is amazing! I'm not used to Dr's taking my health concerns seriously, but it feels like she truly cares about helping you. She listens to me talk and doesn't interrupt me, or say all my symptoms are caused from anxiety and stress!!! So that's definitely a huge plus.
