I've been going to this place since I was a kid and I never had issues until Kla became my doctor. It started when I had dizzy spells that grew to constant dizziness. Not only did he not help and put me on medication that didn't help, he made it worse. I went to the hospital in my home town and got better help there and with physical therapy. Then I went for what I thought was going to be a normal appointment, instead I was in an room for a literal hour after my appointment was booked and had to talk to a nurse to get him to come help. He has refused to fill my asthma medicine that I need and said the diagnosis I got from a literal hospital isn't real. Now I'm stuck without medication and having asthma attacks almost every night because he has repeatedly refused to actually listen to what Ive been teying to tell him. The rest of the staff hasn't been much help either and I refuse to go back. The only people who have been nice are the nurses who see me at the beginning and the end of the appointments. I'm changing who my GP is and starting fresh with a doctor that actually will listen to their patients. I highly recommend everyone else does the same.

I switched to this office based on a friends recommendation. I had belong to one of the largest family practices within this conglomerate, and I could never get into see my doctor, who I didn't really care for anyway. They never would let me switch my primary PCP. Anyway, I chose Dr. Burke based on his information on the WellSpan website. I really liked him ;I felt he listened to me. The nurses and office staff there seem to be friendly as well. I'm definitely glad I made the switch to this office.

My mother had classic sign of Parkinson's which were overlooked by her Primary care doctor for almost 2 years. After she finally got a referral to a neurologist, and is on the proper medication, she has improved significantly. I'm very disappointed that it took so long to get a referral, and that my mother had to suffer needlessly.

Took almost 4 months and 3 rescheduled appointments because they kept scheduling me for the Drs day off to get in for a post ER follow up for chest pain. Tried to discuss anxiety as a potential cause after all the blood work and tests were negative for heart troubles and the Dr asked me if I had any hobbies or someone to talk to... Asked for a referral to talk to someone about my anxiety and stress, they never gave any.

I was very pleased with the doctor who saw me today. I have never been unhappy with the care while been seen with numerous doctors over the years. They were always professional and no question seemed no small and they always explained things in a manner that I understood.
