Worst doctors office. I haven't been able to contact the office via phone for the last 3 months! Every option is to leave a msg for medication & they don't even do that! I have to drive there to get my scripts filled & make appts!! I've told them multiple times about the phone line, but they don't care! What kind of doctors office doesn't have a phone?! I even tried the option for pharmacies & physicians & guess what, it just hangs up!!!!! WTH!!

This place is full of BS. Updated my CPC on my insurance 1 day in advance before visiting, they said they dont see it on their system that if CPC is not matched, they cant proceed. Even after I showed them that it's updated on the insurance website, they still refuse saying it is insurance fraud and wanted to keep their job blah blah and that calling the insurance is the only way. Well, after verification succesfully, they said it runs out of time and force us to reschedule while we're having surgery in a week and need their referal for the surgery. They even lied about the earliest appointment (I know because I use myPenn app). This place obviously doesn't care about patients whether you're dying or not. Avoid at all cost.

Always had a positive experience with this practice. Kelly Penrose is fantastic and I feel like she really listens to you and your concerns; while trying to find an overall solution and not just a quick fix. Her tech, Lynne, is also very kind. Their therapist, Judy, is wonderful as well. I definitely feel heard when I talk to all of them. I also highly suggest setting up the mycharts/mypennmedicine app. I've overall had an extremely positive experience in terms of communication while using it. Plus, it's convenient to check in early and make any corrections to meds. Thank you to the entire staff for always making me feel welcome!

I called to make an appointment because I'm sick with a rattling cough and the receptionist just said she had nothing available and I should call tomorrow at 8:30 am but I better call quick because the appointments fill up fast... ? Didn't give me any other options. And she said all of this condescendingly like she was in a rush to get me off of the phone. I've been coming here for a few years now and I don't complain about much but this was pretty remarkable. Called again to see if I could speak to a clinician and they never bothered calling back. This place has somehow managed to get worse after Penn took over.

I'm trying to get home health aide Services due to numerous disabilities. The home health aide services that I'm going to be using faxed over some medical documentations for my PCP to fill out and send back in. I got a call from my pcps office telling me that I have to come in to get any paperwork signed or filled out. I explained to the young lady that had called me I am unable to come in directly due to the fact that I am unable to walk and have no way there. I then proceeded to ask why do I need there to be in person to have this medical necessity form filled out and she replied that any documents that need to be filled out the patient needs to be seen in person because the doctor is going to have questions for me pertaining to my medical needs. I responded to the lady and told her yet again I am unable to walk and I have no way to the office and every single question that the doctor may have he has the answers for it in my medical chart and that there is no reason that I need to come into the office when usually doctors according to the home health aide services and Montgomery County Welfare Office stated that usually the Physicians that fill these papers out usually fill them out and just send them in without seeing the patient because they already have all of my medical records at their disposal and it would be zero reason why they would need to see me in person when they have the information at their fingertips. Once again I explained to the young lady that I am on able to come in because I simply cannot walk the young lady has suggested that I take public transportation. Once again I explained to her if you looked into my medical records you will clearly see that I am unable to take public transportation due to my disabilities and the problem still exists of me being able to get to that transportation due to the fact that I can't walk. So yet again when the office opens up this morning I will have no choice but to cancel my appointment for the second time this week simply and solely because they will not give me a Telehealth appointment and knowing for a fact that I am unable to walk nonetheless get to my appointment. The lady set if I need these Services if I want these Services I have to come in or I will not get these services. That these services are to help me with problems like this. cleaning around my home. Cooking and cleaning simply and solely because I can't walk as well as a severe neck condition and a shoulder injury. So at this time my medical needs will unable to be met due to the negligence of my doctor's office in lack of compassion and understanding my medical diagnosis that limits me from being able to come in for paperwork that is not necessary for me to be present for.
