About Dr. Robert Baumgartner, MD
Robert Baumgartner, MD, is an interventional cardiologist and is certified in interventional cardiology, cardiovascular disease, echocardiography, and internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is an assistant professor of medicine at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from New York University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Tufts University Hospital, followed by his fellowships in general cardiology and interventional cardiology at UPMC.
