Polinski Medical Associates: Polinski Leonard J MD

My dad was seeing Dr. Polinski. He recieved an intimidating and relatively serious diagnosis. Following the diagnosis, my dad was CONTINUOUSLY trying to reach Dr. Polinski and his office for 6 months without getting a response. The office would not schedule tests for my dad, but would tell him to schedule the test himself. Although, Dr. Polinski should have been doing this, or at bare minimum, guiding my dad through this process, my dad was able to get things squared away. Following numerous tests, Dr. Polinski was unable to be reached to review results and talk about next steps. Dr. Polinski showed no care or concern for my dad. I tried to convince my dad to switch physicians after about 2 months of no response, but my dad wanted to stay loyal to Dr. Polinski. After no follow up for 6 MONTHS with a relatively serious condition, my dad finally agreed to see another physician, whom within 3 weeks, saw my dad initially, scheduled and ran 3 follow up tests. Dr. Polinski showed medical negligence. I would not recommend anyone put their health in his hands.

He takes the time to really listen to you. He's very caring and compassionate

Dr. Polinski has served as the primary care physician for my family since the 1980s, demonstrating exceptional care and diagnostic accuracy over 36 years. I have never encountered a misdiagnosis or substandard treatment in my interactions with him. Dr. Polinski's commitment to patient care is evident in his willingness to make house calls, and he even attended my mother's funeral, underscoring his deep compassion for his patients and their families. He embodies the ethos of traditional medicine, and upon his retirement, I foresee a significant gap in the continuity of care that he has provided--an irreplaceable asset to our healthcare experience.

Dr Polinski was one of the best doctors I have had the privilege of knowing. However had to switch because a few years ago he no longer took my type of insurance. He is terrific diagnostic doctor.

Dr polinski is great.. when you can reach the office. Not sure why they never pick up the phones or call patients back to reschedule after canceling appointments
